Our strategy is to enhance and bolster the accessory offerings of the leading mobile computer device manufacturers, by responding to the needs of the mobile device end-user. We work closely with hundreds of VAR and Solution Integrator partners to determine unmet accessory needs in the market. By helping our partners deliver best-in-class mobile computing solutions to business customers in virtually every industry, Portsmith is committed to making a significant and positive impact for our mobile device customers around the world.

For nearly ten years, the intelligent cradles and adapters offered by Portsmith have facilitated the successful deployment of hundreds of thousands of mobile computers globally. Portsmith design services and accessories have been sought after and validated by virtually every leading rugged device manufacturer in the world including Symbol (now Motorola Solutions), Intermec, HHP (Now Honeywell Scanning & Mobility), Datalogic Mobile, Psion and others.

With sales, service and warehouse facilities in the US and UK as well as manufacturing capabilities in the US and Asia, Portsmith is well equipped to design, build and supply custom or OEM accessories in either high-mix/low-volume or low-mix/high-volume scenarios.

 

Strategic Alliances
Portsmith is a Validated 3rd Party Supplier to Zebra (previously Symbol). All Portsmith cradles designed to support Zebra devices, most are included in the Partner program and are validated to work with the respective mobile computing devices. Furthermore, Account Reps and TA’s around the world are familiar with Zebra Validated accessories from Portsmith and utilize them to develop the optimum available device configurations.
